Comments (input paragraphs)

You can edit existing input paragraphs or insert more paragraphs using the express menu. Refer to Input Paragraphs for more information on inserting paragraphs.

Popup menu options

Some notes have popup cells that provide choices for alternative wording. Items listed on the menu that appear in bold (where applicable) indicate default wording.

Express menu

Right-click on the paragraph or for the express menu.

  • Row on/off switches: Toggle the on/off the checkboxes found on the left of each paragraph.

  • Additional spaces above this paragraph: Skips/unskips the clicked on paragraph. Performs the same function as the on/off switch.
