Roles options
Set defaults for the roles performed by users assigned to a client file.

Role Sets
Allows the following:
- Role Set - select a role set.

- creates a new role set. -
- edits the selected role set. -
- deletes the selected role set.
For information on applying roles or role sets to a specific document, see Roles tab - Document Properties.
Role 1 to 8

Label - the custom title for the user in each role.

Requires - which roles need to be completed prior to the sign off of a specific role.

Color - the role color displayed in automatic documents.
Notes

Selecting multiple roles on the Requires drop-down menu requires all previous roles be signed off.
Example: To sign off Role 3, Role 1 and Role 2 must be signed off.

Selecting Any of the following and multiple roles on the Requires drop-down menu requires some of the previous roles be signed off.
Example: To sign off Role 3, either Role 1 or Role 2 must be signed off.
