Customizing Toolbars
Change the commands available for a toolbar and what toolbars are displayed.
Procedure
To add or remove an icon from a toolbar:

On the Tools tab, in the Configure group, clickCustomize | Command.

Select the Category to view the options for that category.

To remove an icon, click the icon on the toolbar and drag it off the toolbar.

To add an icon, select the icon in the dialog and drag it to the position on the toolbar in which you want it to display.
To customize the appearance of the icon:
- On the toolbar, right-click the icon, select Button Appearance.
- Select the desired picture.
- In Description, type the tooltip for the toolbar icon.
- Click OK.
Results
The toolbar has been updated
