Anti-virus exceptions

Some anti-virus software may incorrectly report issues from Caseware products and prevent the applications from functioning. If you are experiencing these issues, ensure you have updated your anti-virus software to the latest upgrades and service packs.

If you are still encountering issues with your anti-virus software and Caseware products, we suggest adding exceptions to your anti-virus for the following file extensions and executables:
