Insert/Modify Group Number dialog

Select the relevant statement type.

Type	Description
Balance Sheet (B)	If selected, the group number is a Balance Sheet item.
Income Statement (I)	If selected, the group number is an Income Statement item.
Statement of Cash Flow (S)	If selected, the group number is a Statement of Cash Flow item.
Performance (P)	If selected, the account will be used to calculate performance measures.

Select a from the following behavior options:

Option	Description
Normal	The default setting allows group numbers to have accounts mapped to them.
Calculated	Select to perform a calculation for the group number. Adding several existing group numbers together allows the numbers to be summarized in useful ways. For example, a calculated group number that added all the Accounts Receivable accounts and the Provision for Doubtful Debts account could be used in a report where a single net Accounts Receivable line was required. Accounts cannot be assigned to a calculated group number. See calculations for more information on the syntax of calculations.
Unassignable	Select to disable the ability to assign accounts to this group number. Any accounts that are assigned to the group number become unassigned automatically when its behavior is changed to unassignable.
