The Engagement Cleanup Wizard
The Engagement Cleanup Wizard walks you through the steps of the Cleanup process to remove unwanted items from your client file. Use the Engagement Cleanup Wizard to clean up Documents, Issues, History, and Milestones.
Documents and issues are deleted if they do not have the Retain on Cleanup checkbox checked while History and Milestones are deleted if specified in the wizard. Milestones can only be deleted if the history is also deleted.
