Retain on Cleanup Check Box
If the Retain on Cleanup column is configured on the Document Manager, the Retain on Cleanup checkbox appears in the document and issues properties and in the column itself.
Note: The checkbox retains the last setting applied as the default for any subsequent issues that are created.
