Formatting Properties

The 1B - Formatting Properties document enables the template author to preview the look of the underlining and group attributes in financial statements. This document launches when the CL - Organization standards document is open and you click Preview in any of the Formatting panes in this document. The Preview button appears in the Underline, Currency Sign, Groups, Note Number, and Other panes.

The Formatting Properties document displays a typical financial statement area. To view additional information about cell group attributes, underlining properties, currency settings, and other formatting, hover over a section of the screen:

• Hovering over any field in the Sales line or Earnings per share line displays information about one of the defined cell groups.
• Hovering over any highlighted field in the Notes also displays information about a defined cell group.
• Hovering over any field in any line other than Sales or Earnings per share displays information about one of the available underline types.

To return to the Formatting pane in which you clicked the Preview button, click .
