MAS 90 Windows Import dialog fields

Field	Description
Use division numbers	This will import the division numbers used in the MAS 90 file that you are importing.
Reverse div and acct	This will reverse the division and account numbers on import.
Prior Year Data	This will import the prior year data (see Browse ASCII Text - Prior year).
Budget Balances	This will import the budget balances (see Browse ASCII Text - Budget)
Import Non-financial accounts as Performance accounts	The accounts containing non-financial information in MAS 90 will be imported as performance accounts.
Company ID	The ID of the company. If the Import Path is correct, the company ID will appear in the box by default.
Year (4-digit) of MAS 90 data exported	The accounting year of the data exported from MAS 90. If this is left blank, the program searches the file for the year.
Browse ASCII Text...	Acct bal. - The file name for the MAS 90 trial balance. Click the button to browse to the file.* Prior year - The file name for the prior year data if you are importing Prior Year Data. Click the button to browse to the file. Budget- The file name for the budget data if you are importing Budget Balances. Click the button to browse to the file. GL trans - The file name for the general ledger detail if you are importing the general ledger detail. Click the button to browse to the file.**
