Find/Replace

You can quickly find and replace content in journal entries, program or checklist documents, and spreadsheet analysis documents using Find and Replace. To access Find and Replace, on the ribbon, click Home | Find or Replace.

The Find/Replace dialog with fields to enter text to search for and text to replace it with

Option Description
Find what Enter the text you want to find.
Replace with Enter the replacement text. Click Replace to replace the text in the current instance. Click Replace All to replace the text in all instances.
Where Specify the column you want to search. To search all columns, select Anywhere.
Match Refine the search by specifying additional requirements. Check Match case to specify that found text must use the exact case in the Find what field.
Previous/Next Proceed to the previous or next instance of matching text.
