Known issues

The following known issues affect the current version of Audit.

Audit International

  • In Form 130.101 Accounts receivable, trade and other - Audit procedures, the common procedures under subgroups Evaluating subsequent events, Testing management accounting estimates and Developing a point estimate or range are not in the same order as common procedures in other work programs in the patch Master Template environment. For example, the correct procedure order for Evaluating subsequent events is procedure 26. Actual outcomes, then procedure 27. Changes in circumstances. In Form 130.101, the procedures incorrectly order 26. Changes in circumstance before, then 27. Actual outcomes after. When you delete and reinsert the procedures from the Knowledge Library, the procedures remain out of order. However, the different procedure order doesn’t interfere with the Accounting Estimates workflow and all procedures display correctly under each subgroup of the Accounting Estimates section.

  • During the engagement file update process, the new Accounting Estimates common procedures that were added to all FSA related work programs and other relevant work programs (with the exception of Form 1.101) will not display as New.

  • Although there are no content changes, the content version for certain work programs increased (i.e. Form 625, 650, 666, 670, 110.110, 130.110, 140.110, 140.115, 425.110) to disable the availability of irrelevant Accounting Estimates common procedures. During the engagement file update process these forms display as Updated, but on the Document Manager they do not.

  • In Revision A content updates, updated engagement files are missing the new Accounting Estimates folder in the Document Manager. In the Master Template, the Accounting Estimates folder includes subgroups Form 523 Worksheet - Entity specific - Accounting estimates (Core), Form 523-1 Worksheet - Understanding accounting estimates (Core) and Form 523-2 Worksheet - Outcome of prior period accounting estimates (Core). Users must manually insert the Accounting Estimates folder from the document library (Home | From Library | Document Library).
