Saving a Document as PDF

  1. Select a document.

    Tip: Select multiple documents by pressing CTRL and clicking on the document. Selecting a folder converts all subfolders and documents in that folder to PDF.

  2. On the Document tab, in the Export group, click Save as | Save as PDF.
  3. Complete the fields of the dialog. >>Quick Reference
  4. Click OK to process the document(s).

A PDF file is created.

  • Unless Add to client file and Document Manager is selected, the PDF file is not added to the client file automatically. For more information, see Creating Documents and File Folders.
  • Any document reference links in the automatic document are converted to hyperlinks in the PDF file.
