Selecting Procedures to Make Available

Procedure

  1. From the Author menu, select Set Procedure Availability. The Select Procedures dialog appears.
  2. Click the individual formats to preview. Ensure that the Preview Content check box is selected.
  3. Select the Available check box beside each format if you want to make it available to users.
  4. Once all content has been reviewed, click OK to save your changes.

Note: If the Common column is checked, the procedure is a common procedure. If a common procedure is not relevant for the document, you can revoke the availability to prevent it from being inserted incorrectly.
