Check for Updates Procedure Columns

While in the Check for Updates state, each procedure displays the following columns:

Column Description

Status

Indicates if the procedure is:

  • Up-to-date - matches the content library.

  • Up-to-date* - matches the content library but has been customized by the engagement team.

  • Out-of-date - a newer version of the procedure exists in the content library.

  • Removed from library - procedure has been removed from the content library.

Req

Indicates whether the procedure has been marked as required in the client file, either by the content author or your firm.

Ver

Indicates the version number of the procedure in the client file.

Modified Date

Indicates the date of the procedure in the client file.

Other actions

For procedures not Up-to-date, additional actions become available:

  • View the differences between the procedure in the client file and the updated procedure.

  • Update the procedure from the content library.

  • Remove the procedure from the client file. This only appears if the procedure has been removed from the content library.
