Determining risk mitigation

To resize the columns in the Control Matrix Table, click the ruler button . Click on the worksheet heading that you wish to resize, then drag the bars on the ruler.

Based on the effective controls that prevent or detect a risk, the engagement team can determine whether the identified risks have been mitigated or require any additional audit responses. Should you determine if the risk has been mitigated, select the risk within the Control Matrix and complete the Management Response or Audit Response areas in the Risk dialog.
