A cell xx specifies its width as Column Width but is not a table cell

The width selected for this cell in the cell properties has been set to be column width. With no column to determine the actual width of the cell, the cell defaults to being the minimum size allowed in the document.

To correct the problem:

Access the cell's properties and change its width to some other option.
