Customize Numbers Command - Bullets Dialog

Use this command to apply customized numbered lists to formatted text.

Number Format

Displays the current format of the number. Modify the Number Style to change the number format.

Number Style

Select from the drop-down list to choose the desired numbering style.

Start Number

Select the number the list should start with.

Use paragraph font

Select this check box to use the default font for the paragraph. Clear the check box and click Font to customize the font for the number.

Font

Click this button to change the paragraph font style for the list. The Font Dialog will be opened.

Number Position

Controls the appearance of numbered text.

• Hanging Indent

  Select this check box to have additional lines of wrapping text align underneath he first line or text with a number.To have additional lines of wrapping text align underneath the first line of text with a number, click Hanging Indent.

• Text Indent

  Changes the amount of spacing between numbers and the text.

Preview

Displays how the numbered list appears in the document.
