Column Break command

Inserts a column break directly above the insertion point. This command is useful when creating two column pages and the next line should start in the following column. See the Page Setup command for more information on the two-column feature.

Breaks in a CaseView document appear as dotted lines on the screen.

Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to insert a column break.

To remove a column break, position the insertion point on the line directly underneath the dotted line and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter.

Pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter toggles between a column break and a continuous line.
