XBRL Tags command

Prior to tagging the document, ensure that the proper contexts have been created. See Understanding XBRL and context for more details.

Select the version of XBRL that is applicable.

If version 2.0 is applicable, select this radio button. No other selections have to be made. Click OK to proceed.

If version 2.1 is applicable, select this radio button and select the taxonomies that should be associated to the program.

Associated Taxonomies

Existing taxonomies on the local drive are listed. The taxonomy associated with the client file displays is highlighted. If applicable, select another taxonomy from the list.

Available Taxonomies

To associate a taxonomy that is existing but not yet associated with the program, click the drop-down list button and select the taxonomy.

To remove a taxonomy from association with the program, select it in the Associated Taxonomies list and click Remove.

To associate a new taxonomy that is not listed, click Add. Browse to its location and select it to make it available in this dialog.

Click the Options button to open the Local Repository dialog where you can specify the location of the taxonomy files. You can click the Browse button to locate the folder.

Note: You can also change the location of the taxonomy files in Working Papers (Tools | Map XBRL Taxonomy and click Options). Whichever way you choose to change the location, the changes are reflected automatically in the other.

After selecting the taxonomy, the XBRL Document Tagging dialog will appear.
