Lock Author Mode

Locking the author mode prevents certain accidental or unauthorized modifications in the firm and user's copy of the master template file and content libraries. This is a global setting that locks the AO - General options document and limits functionality in all work program and checklist documents. Engagement teams are still able to customize work program and checklist documents in the engagement client files that they create.

This online help system applies to all CaseWare Audit, Review and Compilation products. Not all features are available in all products.
