Significant Deficiencies/Material Weakness/Other Deficiency Reports

The Significant Deficiencies/ Material Weakness/ Other Deficiency Reports document provides a convenient way to view the reportable items (filtered by significant deficiency, material weakness or other deficiency) that have been identified in the engagement client file and to keep track of what findings are to be published to various types of letters, or to keep track of other significant issues. The reports are located under the Report to Those Charged with Governance folder. By default, the letters that are tracked are the management letter and the report for those charged with governance. The list of letters to be tracked can be added to or changed by your firm.

The report groups reportable items by classification, and displays current year, prior year, and other reportable items. The columns of the Reports correspond to fields specified in the reportable item dialog. >>Quick Reference

The Source column in the Significant Deficiencies/ Material Weakness/ Other Deficiency Reports will now display the linked procedure numbers and names beside the document numbers.
