Previewing or Printing an Adjusting Journal Entry

You can print or preview an adjusting journal entry from the Adjusting Journal Entries interface.

When you preview or print the entry, the account numbers for the entry selected are shown in the order they were entered not in account number order.

Procedures

Select Account | Adjusting Journal Entries to open the Adjusting Journal Entries screen.
In Current Entry, select the adjusting journal entry you want to preview or print.
To preview the adjusting journal entry, select File | Print Preview.
To print the adjusting journal entry, select File | Print.

Tip: To return to the Adjusting Journal Entries worksheet, click the Adj. Entries button on the Navigation toolbar.
