Specifying Page Settings

- Specifying page settings for all financial statement areas

Specifying Page Settings for All Financial Statement Areas
Procedure
- In the Document Manager, open the CL - Organization standards document.
- From the Organization Settings pane, select Page Setup. The Page Setup pane appears.
- In the Page Setup pane, click Modify. The financial statements appears, listing all of the financial statement areas.
- Click anywhere in the document.
- From the CaseView File menu, select Page Setup.
- From the Page Setup dialog, in the Scope section, select the Whole Document radio button.
- Use the Page Setup dialog to adjust the page settings as needed. See Page Setup command in the CaseView Help for more information on the Page Setup dialog.
- Click OK.
- In the Page Setup screen, click to return to the CL - Organization standards document.
Note: If you change the watermark for a financial statement area, you must ensure that the following settings remain unchanged:
- The Watermark field must contain WMTEXT.
- The Skip if condition true check box must be selected, and its field must contain WMSKIP.
Results
The page settings are specified for all areas.
Specifying Page Settings for a Single Financial Statement Area
Procedure
- In the Document Manager, open the CL - Organization standards document.
- From the Organization Settings pane, select Page Setup. The Page Setup pane appears.
- In the Page Setup pane, click Modify. The financial statements appears, listing all of the financial statement areas.
- Click on the blue paragraph line of the financial statement area to be changed.
- From the CaseView File menu, select Page Setup.
- From the Page Setup dialog, in the Scope section, select the Current Page radio button.
- Click Remove page setup for current page.
- From the CaseView File menu, select Page Setup again.
- Use the Page Setup dialog to adjust the page settings as needed. See Page Setup command in the CaseView Help for more information on the Page Setup dialog.
- Click OK.
- In the Page Setup screen, click to return to the CL - Organization standards document.
Note: If you change the watermark for a financial statement area, you must ensure that the following settings remain unchanged:
