Specifying Page Settings

Specifying Page Settings for All Financial Statement Areas

  1. In the Document Manager, open the CL - Organization standards document.
  2. From the Organization Settings pane, select Page Setup. The Page Setup pane appears.
  3. In the Page Setup pane, click Modify. The financial statements appears, listing all of the financial statement areas.
  4. Click anywhere in the document.
  5. From the CaseView File menu, select Page Setup.
  6. From the Page Setup dialog, in the Scope section, select the Whole Document radio button.
  7. Use the Page Setup dialog to adjust the page settings as needed. See Page Setup command in the CaseView Help for more information on the Page Setup dialog.
  8. Click OK.
  9. In the Page Setup screen, click to return to the CL - Organization standards document.

Note: If you change the watermark for a financial statement area, you must ensure that the following settings remain unchanged:

  • The Watermark field must contain WMTEXT.
  • The Skip if condition true check box must be selected, and its field must contain WMSKIP.

The page settings are specified for all areas.

Specifying Page Settings for a Single Financial Statement Area

  1. In the Document Manager, open the CL - Organization standards document.
  2. From the Organization Settings pane, select Page Setup. The Page Setup pane appears.
  3. In the Page Setup pane, click Modify. The financial statements appears, listing all of the financial statement areas.
  4. Click on the blue paragraph line of the financial statement area to be changed.
  5. From the CaseView File menu, select Page Setup.
  6. From the Page Setup dialog, in the Scope section, select the Current Page radio button.
  7. Click Remove page setup for current page.
  8. From the CaseView File menu, select Page Setup again.
  9. Use the Page Setup dialog to adjust the page settings as needed. See Page Setup command  in the CaseView Help for more information on the Page Setup dialog.
  10. Click OK.
  11. In the Page Setup screen, click to return to the CL - Organization standards document.

Note: If you change the watermark for a financial statement area, you must ensure that the following settings remain unchanged:
