Selecting Documents for Cleanup
Specify the documents to keep after cleanup by selecting them in the Retain on Cleanup column or by selecting Retain on Cleanup in the Document Properties dialog.
Procedure
Click on the link for procedures to select documents to retain on cleanup:

Results
Running Engagement Cleanup Wizard removes all the cleared documents.
