The Engagements Pane displays client files that you have accessed through Working Papers according to the view you have selected.
You can reorder, show, and hide the columns according to your viewing preferences. See Column Descriptions for a list of all of the available columns in the Engagements Pane.
- What is shown in the Engagements pane is dependent on the view chosen. For example, if you select a view that is created to show only locked down files, then only those files and their respective columns are shown.
- You can select all lines in the Engagements Pane by pressing CTRL+A or clicking Edit | Select All.
- Tracker recognizes client files by the unique internal identifiers that are assigned to the client file upon its creation. A client file created outside Working Papers, for example, by copying the client file to a new folder in Windows Explorer, does not get a new unique identifier assigned; it shares the same identifier as the original file. Only files created within Working Papers, either a new file or one created by copying a template, are assigned a unique identifier.
