Adjusting Table Row Properties

  1. On the Home tab, click Table | Properties, and then click the Row Properties tab.

  2. To configure a minimum row height, select Minimum height of row and set a minimum height for the row.

Note: Row height automatically adjusts by default. If you want to control spacing before and above text, change the before and after spacing in the Paragraph Properties dialog.

  3. To break rows across pages, select the Allow row to span multiple pages option. By default, rows do not break across pages.
  4. To set skip print logic, select a criteria from the drop-down list. Enter a logical skip condition to prevent the column from printing when given criteria is met or click to enter a calculation.
  5. To set a hide logic, select a criteria from the drop-down list. If required, enter conditions and actions for hiding the selected row or click to enter a calculation.
  6. Click OK.
