Microsoft Outlook® and Working Papers
You can add Outlook messaging items to the Document Manager. These include:
- Outlook emails
- Outlook calendar items
- Outlook tasks
- Outlook contacts
- Outlook notes
These items can be moved or copied to the Document Manager, either through drag and drop or copy and paste from Outlook to a location on the Document Manager. Note that drag and drop does not work if Working Papers is being run as administrator.
Copies are created by left click dragging the item from Outlook. Moving an item is accomplished by right click dragging the item and selecting the appropriate item from the menu displayed when dropping on the Document Manager.
Once the items are added to the Document Manager, they are treated as document links and given a document number. To see the properties, right-click the item and select Properties.
