Customize Type Layout Dialog
Use the Customize Issue Type Layout dialog to change the layout of issue types.
Click on an area in the screen shot below to view its description

Click the boxes to modify the issue type layout.
In the example below, the fields marked with a green check mark 
will be included, but fields marked with a red X 
are dimmed to indicate they will not be included in the layout.
