Field	Description
User Name	Enter the login user name for the 1C database.
Password	Enter the login password for the 1C database.
Date from	Enter a start date for the import period or select a date from the drop-down calendar.
Date to	Enter an end date for the import period or select a date from the drop-down calendar.
Company List	Click to select the company to be used.
