AVANTAGE Progression Import dialog fields

Field	Description
Select Ident.dbf if not in 'import Path'	The path of the Ident.dbf file If this box is left blank, Working Papers looks in the directory selected for the import path.
Company No.	The identification number if there is more than one company entered in the AVANTAGE data.
Import current year	This imports the current year balances.
Import prior year as current	This imports the prior year as the current year. If you are importing General Ledger Detail, select this option. This places the prior year's final balances in the current year's opening balance and then adds the current year's transactions so that the current year final balance is correct.
Use English for account description	English words will be used for the account descriptions. However, not all of the French account descriptions get translated into English. Using this option may result in some accounts with blank descriptions. The import creates the following types of Journal entries: All GL imports - GJ, SJ, and PL GJ journal imports - BQ Specific (source) imports - CD and CR
Prior Year Data	To import prior year balances into Working Papers, select the Prior Year Data check box. If selected, any existing prior year data will be overwritten. If left blank, prior year data will not be imported.
Budget Data	This imports the budget data.
Skip GIFI data	This will exclude GIFI code numbers from the import.
4-digit year (default current)	The 4-digit year of the imported file.
