Adagio Ledger Import dialog fields
Depending on the version of Adagio Ledger that you are importing from, the fields of the dialog may differ.

| Adagio Extension |
The extension of the Adagio Ledger file you are importing. The options include:

| Import prior year as current | Working Papers will import prior year data as current year information. |
| Budget data | This will import the budget data into the client file. |
| Use department number 0 when applicable |
This is applicable when you are importing a file with departmental codes where some department codes are unavailable. Selecting this check box inserts a zero before the account number to keep the number formatting consistent. With the check box selected, account numbers will be imported in the format 0-xxxx rather than the default format xxxx. |
| Use department number to build entities | This uses the department numbers to build the entities in the Working Papers file. |
| If file GLDATE'I.??? not found, will use File Profile dates setting and number of fiscal periods specified | The number of periods that will be used for the import if the GLDATE'I.??? file (same as GLDATE'I.xxx) cannot be found during the import. The options you have here are 12 or 13. |
Note: The GLDATE'I.xxx (GLDATE'I.??? in the dialog) file from Adagio Ledger versions 6.x-8.x is the equivalent to the GLFISC'R.xxx file from version 9.0
