Big Red Book Import Dialog Fields

Field	Description
Server	The name of the SQL Server or MSDE instance used by the application. When entering the instance, also indicate the computer name. For example, if the computer name is 'maryscomputer' and the instance name is 'sqlexpress', enter 'maryscomputer\sqlexpress'.
User	The user ID provided to you.
Password	The password for the user ID specified.
Select Client ID File (*.zip)	The client file. The available files are created using the backup function in Big Red Book. Note: If the drop-down list is empty, ensure that the import path is correct and that the folder contains the zip file.
Client name	Populated automatically with the client name specified from the client file.
Year	The 4-digit year of the data that you want to use. If left blank, the current year will be used by default.
Start month	The month the accounting year begins.
Period Balances	Imports the period balances when importing the Trial Balance.If selected, the reporting period will change to Monthly in the Engagement Properties. Refer to Importing period balances for more information.
