Microsoft Dynamics GP Import dialog fields

Field	Description
Please select a Company backup file (*.bak)	The Microsoft Dynamics GP company database file.
Period Balances	This imports the period balances. Refer to Importing period balances for more information.
Prior Year Data	This imports prior year balances into Working Papers. Note: Any existing prior year data will be overwritten. To leave existing prior year balances untouched, leave the check box empty.
Budget Data	This imports the budget data.
Import prior as current	This imports prior year data as current year information.
Import original master name and doc number	This imports the original document name and number.
Server	The name of the SQL Server or MSDE instance.
User ID	The sysadmin login ID for the SQL Server or MSDE instance. See the MSDE readme file for more information on how to configure and log in.
Password	The password for the User ID specified.
