Sage 50 Accounting (Peachtree-WIN) import dialog fields

Field	Description
Prior Year Data	Imports prior year balances into Working Papers. Note: Any existing prior year data will be overwritten. To leave existing prior year balances untouched, leave the check box empty.
Period 1 to 12 as current year	Imports Period 1 to period 12, used in Peachtree, as the current year in Working Papers. If the check box is not selected, the current fiscal period used in Peachtree will be used for the import.
Period Balances	Imports the period balances when importing the Trial Balance. Refer to Importing period balances for more information.
Retained Earnings a/c no.	The account number associated with the retained earnings. Working Papers searches the data files if this is left blank.
Date Format used	The date format used during the export from Peachtree to the .csv file. m/d/yy d/m/yy yy/m/d These date formats are determined by the regional settings (found in the control panel setting in Windows) of the computer used for the export.
