Tally Accounting import dialog

Field	Description
Server/IP Address	The server/computer name of the machine where Tally was installed.
Port	The Port setting (the default is 9000).
Period from (default current)	Enter a start period for the imported data or select a date from the drop-down calendar.
Budget name (blank for default)	The name of the budget.
Import prior year	Imports the prior year data.
Use Alias as account number	If you have specified an Alias for any accounts in your Tally file, this option will import them for use.
Exclude zero accounts	Exclude zero-balance accounts (no closing or journal balance).
Import as monthly	Import as a monthly file.
