Removing the Read Only property

Procedure

Navigate to the folder containing the files you will be importing.
Press Ctrl+A to select all of the files.
Right-click somewhere on the selected group of files and select Properties.
Ensure that the Read-only check box in the Attributes section is not selected.
Click OK.

Results

The read-only attribute will be removed and the file can be imported directly into Working Papers.
