Loading a Cell Group Using Events

1. Create a cell or double-click a cell to open the Edit Cell dialog.
2. Click Events.
3. In the Action box, select Load Cell Groups by Name.
4. In the Filename box, enter the path and name to a previously saved cell group file. In this example, the path and name could be "c:\Program Files\CaseWare\groups\Nopriors.cgf".
5. In the Group Name boxes, enter the current year group and the prior year group. Each group tab must be placed in quotations. For this example, enter "Tab Current Column" and "Tab Prior Column".
6. Click OK.

When the User clicks on the cell, the prior year column is automatically hidden and both the current and prior year columns are adjusted accordingly.
