Lock Form Mode with Enabled Editing dialog

Locks access to the Form Mode with enabled editing, which, in effect, restricts modification to the CaseView document while in this mode. To lock the Form Mode with editing enabled quickly, click the Lock Form tool (Key icon) on the Command bar.

Password

Enter a password that will be used to restrict access to the mode.

Confirm Password

Re-type the password above to confirm its identity.
