Structures

Use structures to create financial statement categories in Trial Balance, Leadsheet, and Analytical Review documents. Examples of such categories include Current Assets, Prepaid Expenses, and Equity. For each category, the automatic documents generate normally, displaying and accumulating accounts that belong to the specific category. A sub-total line is provided for each category, as well as a total line for all categories of the same type (i.e., Assets, Liabilities, Revenues, or Expenses).

In addition to providing sub-totals and totals for each category, the structures can also generate net income calculations and plain text lines.
