Adding Memo Text to CaseView Invoices
Memos can be added to the Detailed and Basic invoices and miscellaneous invoices.
- When creating the invoice, click to view, modify, or print the invoice using CaseView.
- In CaseView, click and enter customized text to appear on the body of the invoice.
- Click OK. The memo text automatically appears on the invoice.
Additionally, memo text may be added by clicking the button in the Billings from WIP or Miscellaneous Invoice dialogs.

The Invoice Memo button on the Time toolbar is active only when the CaseView Invoice is accessed from the Process | Billings/Invoices | Billings from WIP dialog or Process | Billings/Invoices | Miscellaneous Invoices dialog.
Clearing memos attached to invoices
To clear details entered through a memo and attached to a CaseView WIP invoice, miscellaneous invoice, or credit note, click the Reset button.
This can also be used if the memo gets corrupted and CaseView cannot open the document. Once clicked, a prompt will appear to confirm that the invoice is to be reset.
