The Three Invoice Formats in CaseView

The Detailed Invoice

The Detailed Invoice uses billing detail options to show detailed transactions billed to the invoice, sub-totaling and headings. Memos can be created for more details.

The billing default information allows customization of detailed transactions.

Many design options are built in through Invoices tab of Time to allow you to change wording and add or hide standard features like headers and logos. All you have to do is make your selections in Time and you get a professional print-ready invoice in CaseView.

You don't have to worry about cell contents and formulas are locked to prevent accidental overwriting that might make your invoice unusable.

The Basic Invoice

The Basic Invoice is the invoice to which you can add lines in order to customize the invoice.

With this invoice you can add lines to do a cost breakdown complete with detailed descriptions. The invoice automatically checks to make sure the amounts are in balance. Additionally, you can access the Knowledge Library, a special library document containing your firm's knowledge – information you would like to share with all your users.

Full instructions for using CaseView are available in the CaseView Help.

Miscellaneous Invoice
