The following is a list of the default commands available on the View Menu.

Toolbars
Working Papers provides toolbars with shortcuts to perform common actions and to navigate your client file. This opens the Toolbar sub-menu, allowing you to select which toolbars to display on your screen.
The Recycle Bin is a docked view near the bottom of the screen framing the active Working Papers document. Note: The Recycle Bin is not available on a client file that has been Published to Cloud or a SmartSync Server.
Status Bar
Displays the Status Bar at the bottom of the screen.
Filter Header
Adds a header line to your Document Manager that allows you to quickly filter your current list of Documents.
Go To
Opens the Go To sub-menu which lists the following commands:
Document/Jump code: Opens the Go To dialog, allowing you to jump to a document.
Back/Forward: Moves back, one page at a time, to previous pages visited and moves forward, one page at a time, to original page. Note: The Forward and Back buttons do not work within the drilldowns in the Working Trial Balance.
Home: Returns the user to the home page as set as the default on the workstation, viewed in Control Panel | Internet Options.
Stop
Stops the current navigation process.
Refresh
Refreshes the page you are currently viewing.
Fold/Unfold
Adds a fold line to a table. If the table has been folded, this will unfold the table.
Set Fold Line
Sets a fold line on the right border of the selected column.
Restore Columns
Restores columns to their default state.
Reorder Columns
Opens the Reorder Table Columns dialog, allowing the customization of the automatic document or table.
Comparison Detail
Presents a detailed comparison of the selected documents.
Toggle Document Auto-Compare
Enables or disables the Auto-compare feature.
Filter by
Opens the Filter sub-menu that displays the available default filters and allows you to update or add new filters.
Zoom Level
Enlarge or reduce the size of a document as it appears on the screen.
The Zoom Level command can be used while viewing or previewing a document on screen.
