Field Separators Note

In the ASCII or Excel file, an account number may be combined with the entity or it may be combined with a sub account or division and they are separated by a field separator. For example in the ASCII text file or the Excel file, the account number and its sub account are separated by a hyphen: 500100-100 where 500100 is the account number and 100 is the sub account.
