Downloading SQL Server 2008 (Service Pack 3)

Prerequisites

• The Binder you are importing from ProSystem fx Engagement uses SQL Server 2008

• System requirements are met

  Note: Refer to Microsoft Download Center's System Requirements section.

Procedure

To download the SQL Server 2008, follow the instructions below.

1. Open your browser and navigate to the Microsoft Download Center.

2. In the Download Center, search for SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 3, or follow this link.

   Note: Service Pack 3 is the latest service pack.

3. Click the Download button. A window will open with a list of the possible files for download.
4. Under File Name, choose the relevant file.
   • For a Windows 32-bit system, check the SQLServer2008SP3-KB2546951-x86-ENU.exe checkbox.
   • For a Windows 64-bit system, check the SQLServer2008SP3-KB2546951-x64-ENU.exe checkbox.
5. Click Next to begin the download.
