Copy Formatting command

Copies the paragraph and character attributes (excluding paragraph logic conditions) of the currently selected text to the Clipboard. Attributes which are copied to the Clipboard replace previous Clipboard contents. Any style names applied to the paragraph remain.

To copy the formatting of the selected text, on the Home tab, click Copy | Copy Formatting or press Ctrl+Shift+C.
