Welcome to the Engagement Cleanup Wizard
The Welcome to the Engagement Cleanup Wizard page opens when you select the Engagement ribbon, and click Clean Up. The Welcome screen gives you the option to:
- Retain the history and milestones of the client file
- Keep the deleted documents in the Recycle Bin
- Continue Review on the Go
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Retain History | Select to have all history items remain in the file on cleanup. |
| Retain Milestones |
Select to have all milestone events remain in the file on cleanup. This option is available only when Retain History is selected. Clearing this option when Retain History is selected clears all milestones from the file, but retains history items. |
| Keep Documents in Recycle Bin |
Select to have all documents in the Recycle Bin remain in the file except for those with the Retain on Cleanup option cleared. If Keep Documents in Recycle Bin is cleared, the Recycle Bin will be emptied. For more information, see About The Recycle Bin. |
| Continue Review on the Go | Select to continue all Review On the Go sessions or clear to end all Review on the Go sessions on cleanup. |
