Moving or Copying Input Cell Contents to Another Input Cell

Position the insertion point in the input cell.
- Select the contents of the input cell by dragging the pointer over the contents displayed on the Equation bar.

To move the selection, on the Home tab, click Cut.
To copy the selection, on the Home tab, click Copy.
- Position the insertion point in the new input cell.
- On the Home tab, click Paste.
Notes
- If one or more of the copied input cells is a numeric value and it is included in totals or subtotals that appear to have rounding errors, you can set the precision of input cells.
