Change Conflicts Dialog

The current version of the document.

Versions that are in conflict with the current version.

Documents that have unresolved conflicts are indicated on the Document Manager with a caution icon.

Displays all versions of the document that are outdated and not potential current versions.

Sets the selected version of the document as the Current Version. Only available if a document that is not the current version is selected.

Opens the selected document in read-only mode. The title bar displays the user name, time, and date of changes to distinguish documents.

Selecting Save As from the drop-down list creates a new entry on the Document Manager based on the currently selected version.

Confirms the current version of the document as the Current Version and removes the conflict.

When a document is pending, the dialog shows the pending document version, as well as information explaining why that version is pending (e.g. the log file was busy or the cache file was missing). If a version is Set as Current while there is still a pending version, the new version will also be shown as pending.

This dialog may also list a Pending Version of the document that is currently synchronizing, or for which the synchronization has been temporarily disrupted.

This section shows the last version of a document before it was deleted, by user. The previous version can be Set as Current to restore the document . The deleted version can also be set to clear the document again. Either version can appear as pending.

To open the selected version of the document without resolving the conflict, click Continue.
