Some documents within the master template have been tagged with one or more document tags. When a user first creates a new client file based on the master template, you may allow the user to select an engagement profile that keeps only those documents tagged with the document tags assigned to the selected profile.

If you have created an engagement profile, you can tag documents within the Document Manager in the master template with any tag that has been assigned to the profile. This indicates that these documents are to be included in the client file if the engagement profile is selected.

You can also tag documents to meet firm standards or provide Document Manager filters. Tagging done at the master template level will not be seen in the end user client file.

To add tags,

  1. Right-click the document and select Tags.

  2. Use the Tags dialog to assign tags.
