About Style Window Contents

Here is a list of items shown in the Style Window

Section Markers (Design Mode Only)

Highlighted (Mouse or while in Section Dialog) sections are shown in Red

Knowledge Library Links are shown in Green

All other sections are shown in Black

Style Name

Style name for paragraph style is shown for all non-table paragraphs

Paragraph Tag

Paragraph Tag is shown as small red double arrow

TOC Marker

Enabled TOC Markers shown as small green double arrow

Permissions

Permissions on sections are now indicated as a solid blue line in Form and Form Mode with editing enabled. Moving the mouse over the line displays the permissions in Form Mode with editing enabled.

Paragraph Text

Text skipped with Skip Condition (Sc) shown as light gray

Text skipped with Skip If Zero (Sz) shown as light gray

Text skipped with Skip If Zero (Excluding controls) (Szx) shown as light gray

Text skipped with Skip if Blank (Sb) shown as light gray

Text skipped with Skip Always (Sa) shown as light gray

Text with No Header attached (h)

Text with Header (H#/H1)

Text with No Footer attached (f)

Text with Footer (F#/F1)

Tables

Section Markers shown as normal spanning entire row

Table Label shown for beginning of table

Paragraph text properties shown for first paragraph in table

Table Label with Paragraph Text Properties for only the first table paragraph
